About MyWorkpapers Support
All MyWorkpapers users receive complimentary access to our extensive online help centre where you will find detailed instructional guides and video resources on how to perform various functions.
The help centre is searchable and hyper-linked to help you find what you are looking for easily and quickly.
If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can log a support request online with our Support Team. You will receive email confirmation that your request has been received and you can correspond directly via email with our team, who will assist with any issues.
All support queries must be initiated online, however if you are a Standard or Premium user you are also entitled to telephone support services once your online request has been submitted.
MyWorkpapers Support Team members will endeavour to respond to all queries in a timely manner between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00 AEST Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note the following:
- MyWorkpapers team are not able to provide accounting or auditing services or advice.
- MyWorkpapers support (online and telephone) is based on fair and reasonable use. In busy/peak periods, response times may vary and users requesting telephone support may need to leave a message and have one of our support team return your call.
- MyWorkpapers team may recommend or refer users to Help Centre resources that will resolve or answer queries; or recommend Training services where appropriate.
