If you cannot find what you are looking for, you can log a support request online with our support team.
You will receive email confirmation that your request has been received and you can correspond directly via email with our team, who will assist with any issues.
All support queries must be initiated online, either via the Help Centre’s ‘Submit a request’ option or via our Live Chat option.
MyWorkpapers Support Team members will endeavour to respond to all queries promptly between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note the following:
- MyWorkpapers team is not able to provide accounting or auditing services or advice.
- MyWorkpapers support is based on fair and reasonable use. In busy/peak periods, response times may vary.
- MyWorkpapers team may recommend or refer users to Help Centre resources that will resolve or answer queries; or recommend training services where appropriate.
